23-seater minibus: what passengers actually experience

The 23-seater is a mid-size coach — not a minivan, not a full-size bus. Seats are arranged 2+1 across, so there are single seats on one side of the aisle and pairs on the other. Headroom is comfortable for most passengers, and the air conditioning is a single unit serving the full cabin. For groups of 15–23, the space feels roomy. There’s overhead storage for small bags.

Luggage goes at the rear of the bus in a dedicated section, not in the passenger seating area. For groups with one bag per person (day packs or laptop bags), this is more than enough. Larger suitcases are workable but start to crowd the rear section if every passenger has one.

45-seater coach: the standard group charter

The 45-seater is a full-size coach. Seats are 2+2 across with a centre aisle. Each seat reclines slightly, and the interior is air-conditioned throughout. Luggage is stored in the undercarriage hold — a separate compartment beneath the passenger floor that’s accessed from the side. This keeps the cabin uncluttered even for groups with heavy luggage.

For corporate events, school excursions, and weddings, this is the most commonly booked vehicle. It’s the right size for a group of 25–45, and the hold capacity means you’re not compromising luggage for passenger comfort.

49-seater coach

Effectively the same as the 45-seater in terms of interior layout, but with 4 additional seats in the rear section. The hold capacity is comparable. For groups right on the edge of needing two vehicles, the 49-seater often solves the problem without the added cost of a second bus.
