What Bus Sizes Can You Charter in Singapore?
Singapore Bus Charter runs three coach sizes: a 23-seater minibus, a 45-seater coach, and a 49-seater coach, the largest single vehicle. Groups of 10 to 23 take the minibus, 24 to 45 take the 45-seater, and 46 to 49 take the 49-seater. For groups over 49 we combine coaches so everyone travels together.

What bus sizes can I charter in Singapore?
Singapore Bus Charter runs three sizes: a 23-seater minibus, a 45-seater coach, and a 49-seater coach. The 49-seater is the largest single vehicle available. For groups over 49 we combine coaches on one booking.
Do you have a 40-seater bus?
We do not run an exact 40-seater. Our 45-seater coach is the closest match and comfortably fits any group that would fill a 40-seater, with a little extra room. It starts from SGD 100 per trip.
Do you have a 30-seater bus?
There is no 30-seater in our fleet. For 24 to 45 passengers the 45-seater coach is the right vehicle, and it costs only slightly more than a smaller bus would. Two 23-seater minibuses are an option if your group needs separate pickup points.
Do you have a 13-seater or 20-seater minibus?
Our smallest vehicle is the 23-seater minibus, which covers any group up to 23 people. Because you charter the whole vehicle rather than paying per seat, a part-filled 23-seater is still the cheapest way to move a group of 10 to 20.
What is the biggest bus you have?
The 49-seater coach, which is the largest single charter bus on Singapore roads. It also gives the lowest cost per person, at roughly SGD 2.24 per head when full.
How do I charter transport for more than 49 people?

How much luggage fits in each bus?
Roughly 15 large bags in the 23-seater, 35 in the 45-seater, and 40 in the 49-seater. The coaches have underfloor luggage holds suitable for full-size suitcases. See our luggage guide for airport-transfer specifics.
Which bus size is cheapest per person?
The 45-seater coach, at about SGD 2.22 per person when full, just ahead of the 49-seater at about SGD 2.24. The 23-seater works out to around SGD 3.70 per head because the cost is spread over fewer seats.
Do all your buses have seatbelts and air-conditioning?
Yes. Every seat across the Singapore Bus Charter fleet has a seatbelt, which is a mandatory LTA requirement, and all vehicles are fully air-conditioned and maintained to LTA roadworthiness standards.
Can I change the bus size after booking?
Usually yes, subject to availability. If your headcount shifts, contact us as early as you can and we will move you to the right coach. Changes a few days before the trip are normally straightforward.
