How much does private bus charter cost in Singapore?
Private bus charter starts from SGD 85 for a point-to-point transfer in a 23-seater minibus. A 45-seater coach starts from SGD 100 per trip and a 49-seater coach from SGD 110 per trip. All rates include driver, fuel, ERP charges, and parking fees. No hidden costs.
What is included in the bus charter rate?
All rates are all-inclusive: driver, fuel, ERP (Electronic Road Pricing) charges, and parking fees. The only extras are the midnight surcharge (SGD 20 for 11PM–7AM trips) and waiting time charges beyond the free grace period.
Is there a midnight surcharge?
Yes. A flat SGD 20 midnight surcharge applies for any trip scheduled between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
What are the charges for additional stops?
Each additional stop beyond your original route is SGD 20 per stop. This charge is waived for hourly charter bookings.
How is waiting time charged?
Airport arrivals: First 45 minutes from landing are free. After that: SGD 15 per 15-minute block.
Departures & point-to-point: First 15 minutes free. After that: SGD 15 per 15-minute block.
Hourly charters: No waiting time penalty.

How much luggage can the buses hold?

Do buses have seatbelts?
Yes. All seats have functional seatbelts in compliance with Singapore LTA requirements.
How is your fleet maintained?
All buses are maintained by our in-house professional mechanics with regular servicing, safety checks, and sanitisation before every trip.
Airport Transfers
Do you provide airport transfer services?
Yes. 24/7 group airport transfers to and from all Changi Airport terminals (T1, T2, T3, T4), every day including public holidays.
Do drivers monitor flight delays?
Yes. Drivers track your flight in real time. For arrivals, they adjust pickup based on actual landing time. The first 45 minutes from landing are included free.
Is meet-and-greet available at Changi Airport?
Yes. Optional meet-and-greet at the Changi arrival hall for a nominal charge. Our representative assists with luggage and escorts your group to the bus.
