Our Story, Starting in 2018
Singapore Bus Charter started in 2018 with one simple observation: moving a large group around Singapore was harder than it needed to be. Bookers were chasing several operators for one event, prices changed after the trip, and nobody owned the timeline. We built the company around fixing that. One contact, one quote that holds, and one invoice at the end, even when several buses are running to the same venue. Eight years on, the mix of work has grown from single school trips to regular corporate schedules, but the standard has not moved. Every job gets the same planning, whether it is one minibus for an office outing or several coaches for a conference.

Meet Our Founder
Singapore Bus Charter was started in 2018 by Jitesh Dhillon, who still runs the company today. He built it around one simple aim: make group transport in Singapore safe, reliable, and easy to book, with an all-inclusive price that holds and a trip that runs on time.
“People do not just want to get from one place to another. They want to arrive on time, in comfort, and without the stress,” he says. “That is the standard we hold every charter to.”
Under his lead, Singapore Bus Charter has grown from a single private bus hire into a trusted operator for companies, schools, government agencies, families, and tour groups across Singapore. He stays close to the day to day work, from major bookings to how each trip is run, so the service keeps matching that standard.
How We Run a Charter
Plenty of operators say they are reliable. Here is what that actually means day to day, in the four things we control.
Drivers arrive before you need them
Drivers are scheduled to reach the pickup point ahead of the booked time, with a buffer for traffic and parking. Your group is not left waiting in the lobby while a driver circles the block.
Safety checks are routine, not occasional
Buses go through daily pre-trip checks, scheduled servicing and the LTA inspections required for commercial passenger vehicles. Seat belts, emergency exits and a first aid kit are standard on board.
We match the bus to the group
