Hourly charter suits shorter commitments (typically a 4-hour minimum) where you only need the bus for part of the day. A daily charter works out more cost-effective once your event runs roughly 8 hours or more, because you are not paying a separate hourly minimum or rebooking gaps.
Rule of thumb: Under 4 to 6 hours, price the hourly rate. Past 8 hours, get a daily quote.
How to Book a Daily Charter
