How Many Passengers With Luggage?
This is the single most common mistake when booking a 23-seater. Seat count and luggage capacity are not the same thing.
A 23-seater minibus is effectively a long van. It has a small undercarriage compartment, but not the deep underfloor holds of a full-size coach. Fill all 23 seats with people and there is almost no room left for large bags.

Heavy luggage
Airport runs with check-in suitcases: book for a maximum of 15 passengers. More than that and you need the 45-seater.
Light bags only

Is there a minimum booking time?
Hourly charter has a 4-hour minimum. Point-to-point and airport transfers have no time minimum, since they are charged as a flat trip rate rather than by the hour.
Are ERP, parking, and fuel included in the price?
Yes. Your quoted rate covers ERP gantry charges, CBD access, carpark fees at your pickup and drop-off points, fuel, and the driver. Singapore Bus Charter quotes net rates, so nothing is added afterwards.
Is GST added to the price?
No. Singapore Bus Charter is not GST-registered, so no GST is added to your bill. The rate quoted is the final amount you pay.
Is there a midnight surcharge?
Yes. Trips running between 11pm and 7am carry a SGD 20 midnight surcharge per vehicle, which compensates drivers for unsociable hours. Public holidays add SGD 30 per vehicle.
Do you travel to Malaysia or Johor Bahru?
No. Singapore Bus Charter operates within Singapore only, including Sentosa and Jurong Island. We do not run cross-border trips.
Is a 23-seater suitable for school excursions?
Yes. Every 23-seater in the fleet is LTA-compliant for student transport and every seat is fitted with a working seatbelt, which is what Singapore schools require for excursions and CCA trips.
Can a 23-seater get into HDB estates and hotel driveways?
Yes, and this is one of its main advantages over a full-size coach. It handles narrow estate roads, tight turning circles, and most hotel porches and sheltered drop-off points.
Do you have 23-seaters available on weekends?
Yes, seven days a week including public holidays, subject to availability. Weekend slots for weddings, leisure outings, and airport runs fill quickly, so book your date as early as you can.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?

Should I tip the driver?
Tipping is not expected in Singapore and our drivers are paid professional wages. If your driver goes out of their way, for example helping load heavy equipment, a small cash tip of SGD 10 to SGD 20 is appreciated but never required.
Can we eat or drink on board?
Bottled plain water is fine. We ask that food and sugary drinks are not consumed on board so the vehicle stays clean and odour-free for the next group.
