Island wide pickups and drop offs
Offices, hotels, schools, condos, MRT stations, community clubs, Changi Airport terminals, Marina Bay, Tuas, Woodlands, Punggol. If the address is in Singapore, we can pick up there.
Sentosa and Jurong Island
Both are covered. Jurong Island needs approved access for the vehicle and the driver, so tell us the gate and the plant you are visiting when you enquire and we will confirm what is needed before the day.
No cross border routes
We do not run charters out of Singapore, so if your plan involves leaving the island we will say so when you enquire.

General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all bus charter services provided by Singapore Bus Charter (UEN: 53379842J), an LTA-licensed private hire bus charter operator established in 2018 and operating from Blk 769 Pasir Ris Street 71, Singapore 510769.
By confirming a booking via WhatsApp, phone, email, or our website, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all charter types including point-to-point transfers, hourly charters, daily charters, and monthly contracts.
Singapore Bus Charter reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking confirmation shall apply to that booking.
Booking and Confirmation
A booking is officially confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via WhatsApp, email, or other documented communication channels.
- Required Information: All bookings require the date, time, pick-up location, drop-off location, and estimated number of passengers.
- Fast Quotes: Confirmed quotes are typically issued within 1 hour during business hours (7:00 AM to 11:00 PM SGT).
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all booking details provided are accurate.
- Driver Information: Your driver’s name and contact details will be shared with you ahead of your trip date.
Pricing and Payment
We keep things transparent: all quotes from Singapore Bus Charter are all-inclusive. Every quoted price covers your driver, fuel, ERP tolls, and parking charges. There is no GST added and no surprise surcharges at drop-off.
- Per Vehicle Pricing: Charter pricing is calculated per vehicle, not per seat. The price remains the same regardless of passenger count, up to the vehicle's maximum capacity.
- Vehicle Fleet Rates: Rates depend on passenger count and vehicle size. Our 23-seater minibuses, 45-seater coaches, and 49-seater coaches carry different base rates. Full rates are available on our Pricing Page.
Extra Stop Charges
For Arrival, Departure, Point-to-Point, and Two-Way Transfers:
- An extra stop charge applies for every additional drop-off or pick-up point beyond the originally quoted route.
- Charge: $20 per additional stop.
Hourly & Daily Charters: No extra stop charges apply!
Waiting Time Penalty
Arrival Transfers
- Arrival: Your driver arrives 30 minutes before your scheduled flight landing time to meet you or your guests at the arrival hall.
- Grace Period: The first 45 minutes of waiting time from flight landing are complimentary to allow time for immigration and luggage collection.
- Penalty: After 45 minutes, a fee of $15 per 15-minute block (or part thereof) applies.
- Extended Delay: After 3 blocks (45 minutes of penalty time), a minimum 3-hour hourly rate applies.
Example 1: A 23-seater arrival transfer costs $100. First 45 mins wait: Free. Next 15 mins wait: +$15. Total: $115.
Example 2: Waiting time extends past 45 minutes (45 mins free + 45 mins wait = 1.5 hours total wait). A minimum 4-hour hourly rate applies ($50 × 4 hours = $200 total).
Departure Transfers
- Arrival: Your driver arrives 15 minutes early to assist with luggage loading.
- Grace Period: The first 15-minute block of waiting time is complimentary.
- Penalty: Thereafter, a waiting fee of $15 per 15-minute block applies.
- Extended Delay: After 45 minutes of waiting time, a 4-hour hourly rate applies.
Point-to-Point Transfers
Follows the same waiting time terms as Departure Transfers.
Hourly Charters
No waiting time penalties. You may request to extend your hourly booking after the initial period expires, subject to driver availability.
Midnight Charges
- Applicable Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Surcharge: An additional $20.00 applies to any booking starting at or after 11:00 PM, or ending between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Cancellation and Refunds
Because our all-inclusive pricing is locked in at booking, the following cancellation schedule applies if your plans change:

We recommend booking with a confirmed itinerary to minimize cancellation risks. For rescheduling requests, please reach out as early as possible—we will do our best to accommodate changes subject to vehicle availability.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Capacity & Safety: Passengers must not exceed the maximum seating capacity of the assigned vehicle. Seatbelts must be worn at all times while traveling.
- On-Board Etiquette: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and food/drinks that may stain or damage the interior are strictly prohibited.
- Vehicle Damage: The Client is financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers. Cleaning and repair costs will be billed directly.
- Personal Belongings: Singapore Bus Charter is not liable for items left behind. Please check your seats and overhead bins before alighting.
- Safety Instructions: Passengers must follow driver instructions at all times, especially regarding safety, boarding, and alighting.
Liability and Insurance
- Full Coverage: Every vehicle in our fleet carries comprehensive passenger liability insurance, ensuring financial protection throughout your journey.
- Professional Drivers: All drivers hold valid Class 4 or 4A vocational licenses with a minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience.
- Unforeseen Delays: Singapore Bus Charter is not liable for delays caused by severe traffic, road closures, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Breakdowns: In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, a replacement vehicle will be dispatched as quickly as possible at no extra charge.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited strictly to the total charter fee paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Amendments
Singapore Bus Charter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Existing confirmed bookings remain bound by the Terms active at their time of confirmation, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
