Terms and Conditions
The short version, for anyone about to send an enquiry. Read the full terms and conditions.
- Booking. A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation by WhatsApp, email or phone, and confirming means you accept the full terms.
- Prices. Charters start from SGD 85 per trip, all-inclusive of driver, fuel, ERP and parking. We are not GST registered, so no GST is added.
- The only four surcharges. Running between 11pm and 7am adds SGD 20 per vehicle, a gazetted public holiday adds SGD 30 per vehicle, each extra stop is SGD 20 per stop per vehicle, and excess waiting is SGD 15 per 15 minute block.
- Waiting time. Airport arrivals include 45 minutes free and every other pickup 15 minutes. After that SGD 15 per 15 minute block applies, and beyond three blocks the booking converts to a minimum four hour hourly rate.
- Cancellation. Cancel 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup for a full refund, between 24 and 72 hours for 50 per cent, and under 24 hours no refund applies. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Where we go. Singapore only. We do not run cross border charters.
The full clauses, covering passenger responsibilities, liability and insurance, amendments and governing law, are on the terms and conditions page.
Ways to reach us
Pick whichever suits you. All of them reach the same booking team, so there is no need to send your enquiry twice.
WhatsApp or call +65 8065 3479
Best for quick questions, short notice trips and anything easier to explain in one message. That line takes calls and WhatsApp.
Email us the details in writing
Best for detailed itineraries, multi day schedules, tender documents and anything your team needs in writing. Attach your schedule for the day or passenger list if you already have one and we will quote against it. contactus@singaporebuscharter.com
Send the enquiry form on this page
The form reaches the same booking team. Use the message box to describe the trip in your own words. If the form does not send, call or WhatsApp +65 8065 3479.
Our office address
769 Pasir Ris Street 71, #14-334, Singapore 510769. That is a correspondence address for post and paperwork, not a depot or a pickup point, so please book by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form rather than dropping by.
What to put in your enquiry
The more of this you send in the first message, the faster you get a firm price instead of a follow up question.
Date, pickup address and pickup time
Give the full address rather than just a building name, and say what time the bus should be moving off, not only when it should arrive. If the group is collected from more than one place, list the addresses in the order you want them visited.
Drop off point, and one way or return
Say whether the bus drops the group and leaves, or waits and brings everyone back. One way transfers and return trips are quoted differently, so this one line saves a whole email.
How many people, including staff
Head count decides the vehicle. We run 23 seater minibuses, 45 seater coaches and 49 seater coaches, and any group above 49 travels on more than one coach. Count teachers, chaperones and crew, not just guests.
Bulky items and mobility needs
Golf bags, prams, wheelchairs, instruments, event boxes, sports gear, luggage for an airport run. Tell us before we confirm the vehicle, because seat count and boot space are two different things, and a bus that fits the people may not fit the bags.
Extra stops and waiting time
List every stop in order and say if the bus needs to wait between legs. Extra stops, waiting time and late night trips can add to the price, and the full breakdown sits on our pricing page.
Anything unusual about the day
Flight numbers for airport runs, gate and plant details for Jurong Island, loading restrictions at your venue, a tight turnaround between sessions. Say it upfront and we will plan the timing around it.
Where we go
Singapore Bus Charter operates inside Singapore only. That covers the whole island, and every charter we quote starts and finishes here.
Island wide pickups and drop offs
Offices, hotels, schools, condos, MRT stations, community clubs, Changi Airport terminals, Marina Bay, Tuas, Woodlands, Punggol. If the address is in Singapore, we can pick up there.
Sentosa and Jurong Island
Both are covered. Jurong Island needs approved access for the vehicle and the driver, so tell us the gate and the plant you are visiting when you enquire and we will confirm what is needed before the day.
No cross border routes
We do not run charters out of Singapore, so if your plan involves leaving the island we will say so when you enquire.
Which enquiry goes where
One inbox handles everything, but it helps to say upfront what kind of booking it is. These pages answer most of the detail before you even write to us.
Asking about price
Charters start from SGD 85 per trip and hourly hire starts from SGD 50 with a minimum of four hours. Driver, fuel, ERP charges and parking are already inside that figure. The full rates sit on our pricing page, and if you send your trip details we will come back with a firm number.
Want a number before you write
The instant quote calculator gives you a working figure in a few clicks. Send that through with your enquiry and we both start the conversation from the same number.
Corporate, staff and shuttle bookings
Office shuttles, staff pickups, offsites and company events usually need a repeating schedule and a named contact for invoicing. Tell us how many runs per week, the sites you are linking and the shift times.
Monthly, daily and long term contracts
Recurring work is priced on the schedule rather than trip by trip, so email works better than a phone call here. Send the route, the timings, the days of the week and how many months you need covered.
Hourly and single trip hire
Hourly suits days with several stops and waiting in between, such as tours, roadshows and wedding runs. Single trip suits a straight transfer from A to B. Say which one fits your day and we will confirm the better option.
Not sure which service you need
The services hub lists everything we run buses for, from school excursions and airport transfers to weddings, tours and religious trips. Start there, then send us the page name with your enquiry.
For monthly, daily, long-term contracts, or large events, email us for a detailed quotation.
Who you are writing to
Registered in Singapore in 2018, licensed by the LTA, UEN 53379842J. Here is the background your finance or procurement team usually asks for.
Established 2018, UEN 53379842J
We are a licensed private bus operator registered in Singapore, and our company details are ready for purchase orders and vendor forms. Ask when you enquire and we will send them with the quote.
4.8 stars from 184 Google reviews
Groups leave reviews after school excursions, airport runs, weddings and staff shuttles. Read a few before you send an enquiry if you want a sense of how bookings actually run.
Class 4 and 4A licensed drivers
Every driver holds a Class 4 or 4A driving licence and a Bus Driver’s Vocational Licence and our vehicles are maintained for commercial passenger use. The licensing rules that apply to charter operators here are explained in our LTA guide.
What the price already covers
Driver, fuel, ERP charges and parking are inside the figure we send you. Singapore Bus Charter is not GST-registered, so no GST is added to your bill. You get an invoice with the company details your accounts team needs.
First time booking a bus
Our home page explains how bus charter works in Singapore, what a charter includes and who uses it. Worth a read if this is your first group booking.
Timing, short notice and changes
Send the enquiry as soon as the date is fixed. You do not need every detail settled to start the conversation, and you can expect a reply within the hour during business hours.
You do not need a final head count
A date, a rough group size and a pickup area are enough for us to check what is available. Firm up the numbers later, and tell us before we confirm the vehicle if the group has grown.
Same day and next day trips
Use WhatsApp rather than email if the trip is today or tomorrow, because we can check what is free faster over chat. Short notice bookings depend on what is already committed, so send the details you have instead of waiting for the full picture.
Changing a confirmed booking
Reply on the same WhatsApp thread or email you booked on rather than starting a fresh enquiry, and quote your trip date and pickup time. We will confirm what can be changed on your booking and anything that comes with it.
Broader questions about vehicles, group sizes and how charters work are answered on our FAQ page.
