How We Plan Your Event Day
Event transport goes wrong for one reason: the buses get planned separately from the programme. We work backwards from the seating time instead, so the coaches fit the event rather than the other way round.
1. Confirm the fixed point
Give us the one time that cannot move, usually doors open or the first speech. Every departure is planned back from that single point.
2. Set pickup points and headcount
We need each address and how many people board there. Uneven groups get matched to the right size bus, so you are not paying for empty seats on one coach while another is full.
3. Build the departure order
