Bus Charter Pricing 2026 - Rates & Surcharges Transparent All-Inclusive Pricing

Bus charter starts from SGD 85 per trip on a 23-seater minibus - all-inclusive, covering driver, fuel, ERP charges, and parking. A 45-seater coach starts from SGD 100; a 49-seater from SGD 110. Hourly rates start from SGD 50/hr (23-seater, 4-hour minimum). Airport transfers carry a separate starting rate from SGD 100. The final price depends on your route distance, number of stops, time of day, and whether a surcharge applies (midnight or public holiday). All quotes are firm and transparent - no surprises on the day.

Every quote from Singapore Bus Charter is fully all-inclusive. That means driver, fuel, ERP toll charges, and parking are all covered in the price we send you. There are no line-item surprises added at checkout. The only charges that can be added after quoting are: extra stops beyond your agreed itinerary (SGD 10–20 per stop), a midnight surcharge for trips between 11 PM and 7 AM (SGD 20 flat), or a public holiday surcharge (SGD 30 flat). We tell you upfront if any of these apply to your booking.

Singapore Bus Charter is not GST-registered - which means there is no GST added on top of the prices quoted. The figure you see in your quote is the figure you pay. This is relevant for corporate buyers - you cannot claim GST input tax credits on our invoices, but it also means your total cost is exactly as quoted with no 9% addition. We accept PayNow, bank transfer (FAST/GIRO), and cash. For corporate bookings, we can issue a formal tax invoice and process payment via bank transfer against a purchase order. Credit card payments are not currently available. For monthly contract clients, we invoice on a monthly basis with standard 30-day payment terms. Cancellation terms depend on the lead time before your trip. As a general guide: cancellations made more than 7 days before departure receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 3–7 days may forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. For monthly contracts, a 30-day written notice is standard. These terms are stated clearly in every booking confirmation we send. For most corporate and event bookings, 3–5 days' notice is sufficient. For peak periods - Chinese New Year, Deepavali, National Day, year-end D&D season, and school-holiday weeks - we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, as fleet availability fills quickly. Airport transfers can often be confirmed same-day for standard hours if you contact us before noon. Last-minute requests (under 24 hours) are possible but not guaranteed. Every seat has a seatbelt - this is a mandatory LTA requirement for all licensed private bus operators in Singapore. Luggage space varies by vehicle: 23-seater minibuses have overhead storage and a rear luggage compartment suitable for small bags; 45 and 49-seater coaches have dedicated underfloor luggage holds suitable for full-size suitcases. Per-trip is cheaper when you have a single, fixed route with no extra stops and no extended waiting time - a straight airport pickup is the classic example. Hourly is better value when your event has multiple pickup or drop-off points, an uncertain schedule, or a long waiting gap between legs (e.g. a D&D where the bus waits 3 hours during the dinner). The crossover point is roughly 2+ stops or more than 20 minutes of waiting.
