Who provides group airport transfers in Singapore?
Singapore Bus Charter, an LTA-licensed operator registered in 2018 under UEN 53379842J, runs private coach transfers between Changi Airport and anywhere in Singapore for groups of about 10 to 500. One way costs from SGD 105 on a 23-seater, SGD 120 on a 45-seater, SGD 130 on a 49-seater and SGD 140 on a 50-seater, including driver, fuel, ERP and parking, with no GST. Arrivals include flight tracking and 45 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time.
This is a private coach for your group only, not a public airport bus, the MRT or a hotel shuttle. Travelling with fewer than about 10 people and normal luggage? A taxi or private-hire car usually costs less.
How does a group airport pickup at Changi work?
You send the flight number, terminal, headcount, bag count and drop-off address. Singapore Bus Charter replies with a fixed all-inclusive quote, usually within the hour during office hours (7am to 11pm). Before the trip you get the driver’s name and number. On the day the driver tracks your flight and waits at the coach pickup bay, and your 45 minutes of free waiting starts when the plane actually lands, which covers immigration and baggage reclaim. The whole group then rides to the hotel or venue in one coach, with nothing to pay at the kerb.

Flight number, terminal, date, headcount, number of large bags and the drop-off address. WhatsApp is fastest.

One all-inclusive figure, usually within the hour during office hours. A deposit by credit card, PayNow or bank transfer confirms the coach.

Changi airport transfer rates, luggage and return trips
Rates are per coach, not per person, and already include driver, fuel, ERP, parking and 45 minutes of free waiting from landing. There is no GST. Return is simply both legs, at twice the one-way rate.

Per person it gets cheap quickly. A full 45-seater at SGD 120 works out to about SGD 3 a head for 40 people, and a 23-seater at SGD 105 to about SGD 5 a head for 20. The few extras that can apply are listed under what’s included, and the full card is on the pricing page.

Arrivals and departures, both timed to your flight
Arrivals are timed to when the plane lands. Departures are timed backwards from check-in. Either way, the group travels together with its bags.
Arriving at Changi
The driver tracks your flight, so an early landing or a delay simply moves the pickup. Free waiting runs 45 minutes from the actual landing time, which covers immigration and baggage reclaim for most groups. The coach waits at the coach pickup bay at your terminal, and your group lead has the driver’s number before the trip.
Flying out of Changi
Tell us the flight time, the pickup address and the number of passengers and bags. We suggest a pickup time worked back from check-in with a buffer for traffic at that hour, you confirm it, and the coach arrives at the agreed time. For an early morning flight that can mean a pickup in the small hours, and the coaches run 24 hours.
Flight changed or cancelled
Send the new flight number on WhatsApp and we move the pickup to match, as long as a suitable coach is free. If you cancel instead, 72 hours or more before pickup is a full refund, 24 to 72 hours is 50 per cent, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Terminals 1, 2 and 3
The coach waits at the designated coach pickup bay at your terminal. Your group lead calls or messages the driver once bags are collected, and the group walks out together.
Terminal 4
T4 sits on its own site a short drive from the other terminals. The coach goes straight there, so nobody changes onto a terminal shuttle. Just give us T4 when you book.
Inside the arrival hall
With the SGD 20 meet and greet, a representative waits inside the arrival hall, helps with bags and walks the group to the coach. Useful for first-time visitors and VIP guests.
Seletar and cruise terminals
Seletar Airport, Marina Bay Cruise Centre and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal are served at the same rates as Changi, with 45 minutes of free waiting from the actual arrival time.

Up to 23 passengers and about 15 large bags. Right for families, small delegations and crew changes, and it fits condo driveways and carpark height limits a full coach cannot. From SGD 105 one way.
45-seater coach
Up to 45 passengers with a deep underfloor hold for about 35 large bags. The usual choice for tour groups and corporate arrivals with full-size cases. From SGD 120 one way.
49-seater coach
Up to 49 passengers and about 40 large bags on a full-size coach. From SGD 130 one way.
50-seater coach
