After You Book: What to Expect
Step 1: Booking Confirmation (Within 2 Hours)
Once you confirm your booking and payment, you’ll get a written confirmation. This will include your booking reference, bus size, date and time, and pickup address. Driver details will follow 24 hours before your trip.
Step 2: 24 Hours Before Your Trip
We send your driver’s name and mobile number. You can contact your driver directly for any day-of coordination.
Step 3: Day of Your Trip
- Driver arrives 15 minutes before scheduled pickup
- For airport arrivals: driver tracks your flight and adjusts for delays
- Driver assists with luggage loading
- Direct route to your destination (or multiple stops for hourly bookings)
Step 4: During Your Trip

Step 5: After Your Trip
For corporate bookings, an invoice will be sent. If you have a monthly contract, your invoice will arrive on the 1st of each month.

What the confirmation email contains
The written confirmation you receive after booking covers everything you need to share with your group: booking reference number, bus size, confirmed date and time, pickup address, and the driver’s name and contact number (sent 24 hours before the trip). Keep this on hand — if anything changes on the day, the driver’s number is your fastest point of contact.
If your trip details change after booking
Plans shift. If your guest count goes from 38 to 45 after booking a 45-seater, let us know as early as possible — we can arrange a second vehicle or upgrade to a 49-seater depending on availability. Changes to pickup time, location, or destination should be communicated at least 4 hours before the trip. Last-minute changes on the day are handled via direct call to the driver.
On the day: what to expect from your driver
The driver will be at your pickup location 10–15 minutes before the agreed time. For hotel pickups, they’ll wait in the designated coach bay or the closest accessible area — we’ll confirm this in the booking details. If you’re at an HDB block or industrial estate with access restrictions, flag this when you book so we can plan the approach route in advance.
Once loaded, the driver takes the most efficient route, factoring in real-time traffic on the expressways (PIE, CTE, TPE, BKE, or ECP depending on your route). ERP charges are covered in your rate — nothing extra is collected on the day.
