After you confirm your booking and payment, you receive a written confirmation with: your booking reference, bus size, date and time, pickup address, driver details 24 hours before trip.
Step 2: 24 Hours Before Your Trip
We send your driver’s name and mobile number. You can contact your driver directly for any day-of coordination.
Step 3: Day of Your Trip
- Driver arrives 15 minutes before scheduled pickup
- For airport arrivals: driver tracks your flight and adjusts for delays
- Driver assists with luggage loading
- Direct route to your destination (or multiple stops for hourly bookings)
Step 4: During Your Trip
