We believe in transparent, upfront billing. Please review our standard surcharges below so there are no surprises on your invoice.
Extra Stop Charges
1) Point-to-Point & Airport Transfers:
- Extra stop ≤ 5km: +$10 per stop
- Extra stop > 5km: +$20 per stop
2) Hourly & Daily Charter:
No extra stop charges. Enjoy unlimited stops within your booked hours.
Waiting Time Penalty
Airport Arrivals: 45 minutes of free waiting time from flight landing. Thereafter, $15 per 15-minute block.
Departures & Point-to-Point: 15 minutes of free waiting time. Thereafter, $15 per 15-minute block.
Note: If total waiting time exceeds 45 mins after the grace period, the booking automatically converts to a 3-hour minimum hourly charter rate.
Midnight Surcharge
A flat SGD 20.00 midnight surcharge applies to any booking that starts at, operates through, or ends between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
This flat fee ensures our drivers are fairly compensated for unsociable hours while keeping your budgeting highly predictable without hourly multipliers.
